FAQs About Auto Body Repair & Towing services

When you have been in an accident, you want to get your vehicle repaired quickly. You need your vehicle to get to work, go grocery shopping, and anything else you need to do daily. When it comes to getting your vehicle towed to the shop and repaired, there are a lot of questions that you may have. Below, we will answer some of the most common questions we have received from our clients in the past.

  • Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we work with insurance companies. Auto insurance is there to help cover the cost of repairs when you have been in an accident. Most people pay for their repairs with their insurance and that is why we are happy to work with your insurance provider.

  • How long will my repairs take?

The time it takes to repair your vehicle will depend on several factors including the availability of parts, the complexity of repairs, the responsiveness of your insurance company, and much more. When we provide you with a repair estimate, we will also give you an estimate of how long those repairs will take.

  • If my vehicle’s frame is damaged, does that mean my car is a total loss?

In the past, frame damage was automatically a total loss for any vehicle. However, there have been advances in modern repair technology that have made it possible to repair vehicle frames under certain conditions.

  • What happens if there is additional damage found after the initial estimate is given?

The initial repair estimate does not always reveal hidden damage. This is common and insurance adjusters know that. If we find additional damage after the repairs have begun, we will contact your insurance adjustor and let them know about the discoveries. We will then request a modification in their payment to us to cover the cost. This usually is no issue, and the repairs go on as planned.

  • Do you tow vehicles and repair them?

Yes, we provide both towing services and auto repair services.

  • What is my deductible?

Your deductible is how much you must pay out of pocket for your auto repairs. This is solely determined by your auto insurance policy. Talk with your insurance provider to find out what your deductible is.
